Children and teens who struggle with trauma, depression, anger and aggression, anxiety, low self esteem, grief and loss, social skills and making friends, difficulty at school, stress and so much more can benefit from working one-on-one with one of our experienced counselors.

We work with children and teens who have challenges with mental health, high-risk behaviors that have them in the Juvenile Justice System, in and out of treatment centers, and those children whose special needs are affecting their abilities to function at school, home and in the community.

Child Therapy

Children

  • Ages: 4 to 21 years

Play is the language of children and Play Therapy is one of the primary modalities of therapy we use with our children. We also use other expressive therapies and interventions, such as sand tray, music, art and story play. Our licensed therapists are also trained to help children practice self-regulation and develop mindfulness skills.

Adolescents

Adolescents

  • Ages: 4 to 21 years

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is one of the primary modalities of therapy we use with our adolescents and young adults. Our licensed therapists also use Motivational Interviewing, DBT and expressive therapies, such as sand tray, art and music.

Special Needs Therapy

  • Ages: 4 to 21 years

Our licensed therapists have years of experience working with children and adolescents with autism and other intellectual and developmental disabilities. We use experiential and expressive therapies to help build anger management skills, pro social skills and life skills.

Individual At-Risk Youth Therapy

At-Risk Youth

  • Ages: 4 to 21 years

Our licensed therapists specialize in treating At-Risk Youth. Our goal is to help these children stay in the community, without the need to go to higher levels of care, such as residential and acute care settings.
